OnlineWD™ reserves the right to cancel an agreement at any time. Customers may cancel an agreement at any time. The 40% up front payment is non refundable.

All services provided by OnlineWD™ may only be used for lawful purposes. OnlineWD™ may decline services at any time. Requests involving scams, spam, pirated software, proxies, IRC bots, warez, hate, pornography, hack programs and archives and malicious scripts are not accepted. A very small link to onlinewebsitedesign.net may be placed in a footer region for sites created by OnlineWD™.
- Deadlines
Weekends do not contribute towards a deadline period. Deadlines are not guaranteed, they are merely an indication however OnlineWD™ strives to deliver projects on schedule.
- Disclaimer
OnlineWD™ is not responsible for any damages your business may suffer. OnlineWD™ makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. OnlineWD™ disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by OnlineWD™.
- Indemnification
The customer agrees that he/she shall defend, indemnify, save and hold OnlineWD™ harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against OnlineWD™, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by a customer, its agents, employees or assigns. The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless OnlineWD™ against liabilities arising out of (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with OnlineWD™, (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party, (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to a third party.

OnlineWD™ reserves the right to add a revision fee if at a later time project details are altered or original project details are deemed insufficient.

This has to be the easiest management system I have ever used! It's easy to navigate, logical, and makes the job so easy.
